Job summary

Jerry's Towing, part of Midwest Star Group, seeks a full-time Towing Dispatcher to act as the communication hub, receiving service requests, gathering details, and coordinating drivers and equipment for timely, professional assistance. The role requires leadership under changing conditions and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

This in-person, year-round position offers day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers, commercial accounts, law enforcement agencies, truck drivers, and roadside-assistance partners.
• Gather complete and accurate information, including location, vehicle type, service need, destination, and safety concerns.
• Evaluate calls and assign driver, tow truck, or recovery equipment based on location, urgency, availability, and service requirements.
• Coordinate multiple service calls and respond to changing conditions during the shift.
• Communicate complete job information and updates to drivers.
