The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and quick-thinking, able to stay calm under pressure while managing GPS and dispatch software to assign drivers efficiently. Training provided and full-time, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or logistics coordinator preferred.
• Experience in towing/roadside or automotive logistics is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficient with dispatch software and GPS tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate towing and roadside service requests.
• Dispatch tow trucks and roadside technicians based on location and availability.
• Communicate service details and ETA to customers.
• Maintain constant driver communication and track job status.
• Verify pricing, payment info, and authorizations when needed.
• Escalate issues to management when necessary.
