Jerry's Towing in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Tow Driver with a Class A CDL for a part-time position. You will tow passenger, commercial, and heavy vehicles, and support 24/7 roadside operations within Midwest Star Group.

Responsibilities include emergency responses, secure transport, inspections, and clear documentation. A strong focus on customer service and safe driving is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and tow driver experience required.
• Drive record must meet company and insurer requirements.
• Strong knowledge of towing equipment and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to towing, recovery, and roadside service calls safely.
• Operate towing equipment per procedures and regulations.
• Hook, secure, transport and unload vehicles as assigned.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report concerns.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, law enforcement as needed.
• Complete service documentation and keep equipment clean.
• Work safely in roadside, traffic and emergency environments.
• Provide professional customer service during stressful situations.
