Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network seeks a Senior Staffing Coordinator to serve as a liaison between periop leadership and operations, ensuring staffing levels meet client core requirements. You will enter and validate Kronos schedules daily, address gaps, and provide timely data to nursing leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with nursing leadership, checking-in staff, and managing shifts and pay forms as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in hospital or related industry
• High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Kronos and MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules in Kronos
• Validate submitted schedules and fill schedule gaps as needed
• Coordinate with periop leadership and operations to ensure staffing levels
• Check-in arriving employees and confirm assignments
• Provide data and reports to nursing leadership and operations
• Lead resource coordination when manager is away
