Job summary

Constellis is seeking an Operator (Level 2) for our Video Surveillance, alarm monitoring, and dispatch team in the U.S. The role focuses on senior shift coverage, system administration, incident reporting, and SOP development to support rapid security responses.

The Operator will monitor multiple screens, analyze activity, coordinate response, and ensure effective oversight of security events across VSS, VMS, and access control platforms. Requires English fluency and 2+ years in security support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a security environment or dispatch center.
• Proficient written and oral communications in English.
• Experience using VSS and alarm monitoring software is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly under stress.

Responsibilities

• Work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 SOC coverage.
• Serve as the senior Operator during assigned shift.
• Train newly-hired Operators.
• Ensure rapid dispatch of security personnel to incidents.
• Administer VSS and alarm monitoring software with SOC partners.
• Consolidate and review incident reporting products for leadership.
• Draft and update SOC SOPs, processes, and systems.
