Securitas US Business Unit seeks a SOC Operator to monitor security systems, coordinate dispatch, and document incidents in real time from a central control room in Boston. You will respond to alarms, log events, and support investigations while delivering clear communication to clients and responders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion alarms and security technologies to identify threats.
• Listen to and manage law enforcement and security radio traffic in real time.
• Coordinate and dispatch emergency services or on-site personnel.
• Log incidents accurately and maintain detailed records and reports.
• Monitor CCTV to detect suspicious activity and support investigations.
• Perform remote alarm panel programming and system troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients, employees, and responders.
• Review events and identify trends or areas for improvement.
