Job summary

Illinois Crane Incorporated is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling, workload, and staffing. You will verify customer service availability, ensure rental equipment is delivered timely, and communicate discrepancies to the Field Operations Supervisor.

You’ll also handle quotes for emergency parts and help close jobs for billing. Responsibilities include auditing reports, tracking supplies, and entering service work into the system.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional but friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of overhead material handling & rigging industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to read and interpret service statements and work orders.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Understand overhead crane & hoist terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily workload and staffing.
• Audit reports and ensure next-business-day completion.
• Coordinate with end users and Field Operatives.
• Source and track supplies needed to complete work.
• Assemble job information for billing.
• Retrieve Purchase Orders from customers.
• Assist with Compliance activities and 6S Audits.
• Enter service work into InspectAll or relevant system.
