Job summary

Amentum seeks a Service Center Supervisor to manage Building Operations Center functions for a major client. This role requires leadership of staff across operations, training, and emergency response, with a focus on delivering mission-critical services in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee a 24/7 operations team, coordinate with client personnel, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a facilities environment.
• Associates degree or equivalent with computer/data entry training.
• Strong customer service background and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Building Operations Center.
• Supervise staff overseeing facility operations, construction, and renovations for a large site.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, call center, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with branch managers to determine support needs and training.
• Develop and maintain emergency procedures and incident response plans.
