Job summary

Core Scientific is seeking a Command Center Supervisor to lead 24/7 operations across our data center environments. You will supervise Command Center Specialists, set priorities, and act as the primary escalation authority during critical events.

You will drive incident response, operational governance, and continuous improvement while coordinating with site leadership, engineering, and support teams. On-site role with rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a 24/7 environment preferred.
• Experience managing operational incidents and escalations preferred.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure and HPC operations preferred.
• ITIL service concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-time command center operations to ensure uptime and incident response across all environments.
• Act as operational lead for specialists, enforcing policies and maintaining situational awareness.
• Oversee shift operations, workload balancing, and escalation management during critical events.
• Coordinate cross-functional response during security incidents, emergencies, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to provide leadership during after-hours events.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery operations when needed.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve readiness and technical competency.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and accurate operational documentation.
