Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Monitoring & Response coordinator for its McLean, VA area. The role operates in a 24x7 center, handling alarms, calls, and incident logging to support building operations.

On-site shifts with potential night and rotation coverage are required, and the position is designated emergency essential. Responsibilities include dispatching, reporting operational issues, and maintaining logs while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a call center or facilities role.
• Must obtain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (US citizenship).
• High School diploma or equivalent; computing skills helpful.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work rotational shift in a 24x7 operations center.
• Monitor alarms and assist customers in a call center setting.
• Provide coverage for unplanned absences, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Record daily events in an electronic log and create service/work orders.
• Dispatch responses using two-way radios and update management on issues.
• Establish the Building Operations Center as a command hub during emergencies.
• Use MS Office to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Receive and report employee queries and calls per policy.
• Contribute to safety guidelines and report hazards/incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
