Job summary

PEAKE Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a NOC Technician responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance. You'll work in a fast-paced MSP environment supporting clients in healthcare and businesses, responding to alerts, and coordinating with teams to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to customer service while maintaining operational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in network operations, preferably within a NOC or MSP environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
• Investigate and diagnose network incidents and outages.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automation processes.
