Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Technician for the AISR Operations Support Cell at Hill AFB, UT. The role supports DISA-provided GIG/DISN capabilities, monitors events, and performs fault analysis in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities include ticketing with Remedy, incident correlation, fault isolation, and coordination of restoration with service providers. Requires DoD clearance, IAT Level 2, and 2–4 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent).
• High school diploma and 2-4 years of experience.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
• Experience with alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, performance management.
• Expertise in three or more of: routers, switches, crypto devices, routing, DSN/DRSN, Video Services, CISCO, Juniper, MSPP, DWDM, Optical Switching.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets utilizing Remedy.
• Monitor network events and element management failures in real-time 24x7x365 across multiple monitoring tools.
• Perform fault correlation, analysis, and isolation to identify root causes and impacts.
• Coordinate corrective actions and restoration with internal teams and service providers.
• Provide 24/7 sustainment support for outages and service degradation, with timely updates to leadership.
