Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking an AISR NOC Technician to support mission-critical operations at Hill AFB, UT. The ideal candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and have at least 2 years of relevant technical experience. Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Must have 2 or more years of technical experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification is required.
• Experience with alarm surveillance and fault management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update network incident tickets.
• Monitor network events in real-time.
• Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with service providers for fault correction.
• Provide network restoration and support.
