Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Station Site Leader to own end-to-end warehouse operations, including outbound and sortation, and to lead a team of rotating hourly associates.

You will drive safety, quality, and cost initiatives while developing staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support last-mile commitments. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-growing environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making, P&L awareness, and strategic process improvements

Qualifications

• 4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or related field.
• 3 years managing teams of direct and indirect reports.
• Strong data skills and comfort with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation.
• Lead a team of hourly associates and ensure scheduling aligns with volume.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost improvements and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and Central Ops to exceed client expectations.
• Support P&L oversight for the market and contribute to strategy.
