Job summary

Jitsu, a fast-growing last-mile delivery company, seeks a Site Supervisor to lead daily sort and outbound operations in Indianapolis. You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance, manage hourly staff and contingent workers, and partner with the Operations Manager to execute the site plan.

You will champion OSHA safety practices, mentor teams, and streamline processes using data-driven insights to improve throughput and reliability across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience in last-mile, warehousing, or logistics.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to manage hourly personnel including contingents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Comfort with data and technology to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sort and outbound operations, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Train, coach, and develop hourly leads and associates, including contingent workers.
• Oversee safety standards, PPE, and OSHA compliance on shift.
• Resolve operational issues in real time and communicate risks to the Ops Manager.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Develop staffing rosters and procedures to meet volume and cost targets.
