Job summary

Jitsu is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as site leader for the Reno warehouse. You will own outbound and sortation operations, lead a rotating team of hourly associates, and drive safety, quality, and cost initiatives while contributing to P&L oversight.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong analytical skills, daily use of data to guide decisions, and collaboration with Client Operations, People, and Central Ops to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or last mile transportation.
• 3 years of experience managing teams of direct and indirect reports in an operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data; experience with Google Sheets to track KPIs and drive decision and an interest in utilizing AI to optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation, ensuring packages are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Lead a team of rotating hourly associates and build bench strength ahead of volume increases.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with P&L management for the market and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
