Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in last‑mile delivery, transportation, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience supervising hourly personnel and leads.
• Strong floor leadership and hands-on presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safety standards; ensure PPE availability.
• Oversee outbound process to meet schedule requirements.
• Manage sortation process for accurate and efficient delivery.
• Train and mentor hourly personnel and leads; onboard new staff.
• Resolve operational issues in real time; communicate risks and gaps.
• Manage inventory and order supplies bi-weekly.
