Job summary

Jitsu in Reno, NV seeks an experienced Site Leader and Operations Manager to own daily warehouse operations, drive safety, quality, and cost metrics, and lead a team of rotating hourly associates. You will partner with your Manager to shape operational strategy and scale our last-mile platform.

This hands-on leadership role requires weekend, night, and holiday coverage, data-driven decision making with Google Sheets, and cross-functional collaboration with Client Operations, People, and Central

Qualifications

• 4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or last mile transportation.
• 3 years managing teams of direct and indirect reports.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• OSHA Forklift Operator certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation; ensure on‑time dispatch.
• Lead by example in a hands-on leadership role; drive safety, quality, and cost metrics.
• Manage supply inventory and bi-weekly orders to prevent stock-outs and control costs.
• Partner with Manager on workforce planning and platform engagement.
• Collaborate across Client Operations, People, and Central Ops to exceed client expectations.
