Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Station Site Supervisor to act as the second-in-command to the Operations Manager, leading daily sort and outbound operations.

You will execute labor and operations plans, guide a rotating team of hourly associates and leads, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met on every shift. This hands-on leadership role requires a strong floor presence, discipline, and the ability to run the site independently when needed, including weekends and overnight

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in last-mile/logistics.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience with hourly personnel, including contingent workers.
• Strong floor leadership instincts; present, visible, and accountable on shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences and levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify and act on operational issues in real time.
• Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safety standards and PPE availability. Train and enforce safety standards with hourly personnel.
• Manage the warehouse outbound process to meet daily delivery schedule.
• Oversee warehouse sortation to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
• Train, lead, and develop hourly leads and associates, including contingent workers.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues in real time; coordinate cross-department resolution.
• Develop and implement a warehouse supply inventory system; submit bi-weekly orders.
