Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in computer field with direct support of workstations and laptops in a Microsoft environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the appropriate audience.
• Ability to work well at all levels within the organization, comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, planning, organization and prioritizing are essential.
• Team building skills, along with the ability to facilitate action plans.
• Must have knowledge of computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 expert support as appropriate.
• Participate in audits, inspection, and readiness activities.
• Local Helpdesk support.
• Workstation and IT equipment deployments and support.
• Site cell phone & Desk phone administration.
• Backup for network and server administrator.
• Coordinator with global teams for support to the UA Network.
