Job summary

Union Agener in Augusta, GA seeks a Helpdesk/IT Support professional to provide local 24/7 expert support for workstations and IT equipment. You will participate in audits, deployments, and be the backup for network/server administration in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, 2+ years of Microsoft environment experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills, planning, organization and prioritizing are essential.
• Team building skills, along with the ability to facilitate action plans.
• Must have knowledge of computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office applications.

• This position must provide hands-on support to all plant personnel in a 24/7 work environment and be on call to provide \"over the phone\" or \"on site\" support and direction.


• Must be able to travel to all areas of the plant which may include walking, climbing various levels of stairs or ladders, at various floor levels in various buildings as well as the exterior of the building.
