Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users via phone and live chat.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for software, hardware, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with strong customer service.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with teammates to improve processes.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism while managing multiple requests.
