Job summary

You will provide exceptional support to Intelligence professionals, perform first-line troubleshooting, and rotate through shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure mission success. You will collaborate with developers, monitor security domains and tools like MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, Linx, and Drive, and translate complex
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
- 5+ years in Military or IC with at least one intelligence discipline.
- Customer service mindset and excellent communication.
- Willingness to rotate through 24/7 shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Intelligence professionals.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting of software issues.
- Support mission-critical systems 24/7 through rotating shifts.
- Bridge users and developers with intelligence expertise.
- Monitor and maintain security domains and applications (MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, Linx, Reports, Sheets, Drive).
- Keep intelligence tools running when users need them.
- Diagnose and resolve issues before they impact mission.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to intelligence professionals.
- Contribute field expertise to future software development.
