Banner Health in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our communications team. You will answer calls from patients, families, vendors and staff, manage paging, and support front desk operations during a 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Experience in customer service or call-centre environments.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls from patients, families, vendors and staff.
• Coordinate and process codes, emergencies and paging.
• Route calls using CTI workstation and maintain accurate logs.
• Provide high‑quality information to callers with courtesy and confidentiality.
• Support front desk operations and on-call communications as needed.
