Job summary

cb5 Solutions LLC is seeking a Global Network Operations and Security Center (GNOSC) Service Delivery Manager to lead a 24/7 operations team. The role focuses on health, stability, and continuous operation of enterprise IT infrastructure, while coordinating with government stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of general full-time work experience.
• Must have 5+ years in IT operations management or NCC/EOC roles.
• Must have 1+ year of direct personnel management in a 24/7 IT environment.
• Must hold DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+).
• Must have active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily 24/7 GNOSC operations and oversee Watch Officers, NOC Engineers.
• Escalate and manage complex IT incidents within SLAs and ensure resolution.
• Communicate status and remediation plans to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee ITIL-based continual service improvement to minimize risk.
• Coordinate mission support with MST Lead and NOC/SWO for events and exercises.
• Ensure compliance with DoD 8570/8140 and QA/QC processes.
