Job summary

Cimarron Software Services, Inc. seeks a GNOSC Service Delivery Manager to oversee the 24x7 GNOSC environment on the IRES contract at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs area. The role requires senior IT operations leadership and DoD-aligned governance and security practices.

Responsibilities include leading Watch Officers and NOC/MST teams, coordinating incident responses, and ensuring SLAs and DoD 8570/8140 requirements are met while reporting to government leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens only due to facility security requirements.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Real ID-compliant driver license or state ID at hire.
• 10+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 5+ years in IT operations management, NCC/EOC roles.
• 1+ year in a management/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily 24x7x365 GNOSC environment operations.
• Provide oversight to Watch Officers, NOC Engineers and MST Engineers.
• Serve as escalation point for IT incidents, outages, and service degradations.
• Ensure incidents are escalated, managed, and resolved within SLAs.
• Communicate status and remediation plans to executive leadership and government customer.
• Oversee ITIL-based continual service improvement to minimize risk.
• Coordinate mission support schedule with key leads for events and exercises.
• Ensure compliance with Tier III IA, IT security governance, and DoD 8570/8140.
