Job summary

LaunchTech is seeking an experienced GNOSC Service Delivery Manager to lead the 24/7 Global Network Operations and Security Center for the MDA IRES contract. You will supervise a diverse team, ensure continuous operation, and communicate with government stakeholders.

The role requires a DoD security clearance, extensive IT operations leadership, and ITIL-based improvement initiatives in a DoD environment. On-site work at Schriever Space Force Base is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of general (full-time) work experience preferred.
• Five or more years in IT operations management, NCC, or EOC roles.
• One or more years of direct personnel management in a 24/7 IT environment.
• Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification or higher (IAM II/III preferred).
• Active DoW Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 GNOSC operations ensuring health, stability, and continuous operation of enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Direct Watch Officers, NOC Engineers, and MST Engineers; provide administrative and technical oversight.
• Escalate and manage incidents within SLAs; coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Communicate status, remediation plans, and actions to executive leadership and government customers.
• Oversee ITIL-based continual service improvement to minimize risk to services.
• Coordinate Mission Support Schedule with leads to support events and exercises.
• Ensure compliance with DoD IA practices and 8570/8140 requirements; drive QA/QC processes.
• Manage CAM accounts, ETC, and variance reporting; support staffing decisions.
