Job summary

LaunchTech is seeking a Senior GNOSC Watch Officer/Network Engineer to lead a 24/7 watch team supporting the Missile Defense Agency enterprise. You will ensure continuous network reliability, active cybersecurity monitoring, and mission-essential communications around the clock.

The role requires 4+ years of general experience, 2+ years in a 24/7 operations environment, and an active DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification, plus the DoW Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of general full-time work experience.
• 2+ years in NOC/SOC or 24/7 mission-support environment.
• Active DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification or higher at hire.
• Ability to work quarterly rotating shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GNOSC watch team during high-profile tests, flights, and exercises.
• Oversee shift-level incident management.
• Coordinate rapid response using the RACI framework.
• Manage escalations to Executive Management and Government decision-makers.
• Deliver executive-level technical briefs under pressure.
