Cimarron Software Services, Inc. is seeking a GNOSC Service Delivery Manager to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract at Schriever Space Force Base near Colorado Springs.

This full-time, onsite role leads GNOSC operations and supervises Watch Officers, NOC, and MST engineers, ensuring rapid incident response and robust service delivery. The role emphasizes government customer interaction, SLA adherence, and leadership in ITIL-based processes with DoD compliance and security

Qualifications

US citizenship required due to facility security.
10+ years general full-time work experience.
5+ years in IT operations management or NCC/EOC roles.
1+ year in a management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

Direct daily 24x7x365 GNOSC operations.
Provide oversight to Watch Officers, NOC Engineers and MST Engineers.
Escalate complex IT incidents and maintain SLAs.
Communicate status, remediation plans, and actions to executive leadership.
Ensure ITIL-based continuous service improvement and DoD 8570/8140 compliance.
