Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to assign emergency roadside calls for members and fleet personnel via radio, phone, or CAD. You will manage calls, provide location guidance, and coordinate with service teams in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required; geography knowledge is a plus. AAA membership benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Basic math skills including addition and percentages.
• Experience resolving customer concerns and issues.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening for phone/in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dispatched calls and take action to resolve service issues.
• Handle driver/customer escalations per procedures.
• Provide explanations to customers and document service issues.
• Close service requests using dispatching system.
• Assist coworkers and less-tenured dispatchers as needed.
