Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 years of experience or High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing staff schedules in a multi-site or 24-hour environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security guard scheduling for 24-hour coverage.
• Conduct regular building inspections for compliance.
• Manage Yardi work orders and tenant charges.
