G&E Real Estate Management Services Inc. seeks a skilled Critical Facilities Technician – Mechanical/HVAC to safeguard uptime of base-building systems in mission-critical environments.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will perform preventative maintenance, monitor BMS, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety standards are upheld 24/7/365. This is a full-time, shift-based position.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade certs preferred.
• 3–5+ years operating mechanical systems in critical environments (data center, hospital, financial hub).
• EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred; Stationary Engineer/HVAC license desirable.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and operate the Building Automation System (BMS) to verify parameters and manage alarms.
• Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS work-orders.
• Lead emergency response during outages and troubleshoot faults with RCA.
• Develop and review SOPs and EOPs for reliability and safety.
• Enforce NFPA70E, LOTO, Arc Flash safety standards and local codes.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and proper approvals.
