Qualifications

• 1–2 years of tier 1 desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
• Familiarity with software distribution tools (SCCM/BigFix) and VPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for all End-User devices.
• Offer 7x24 support for PC/ Mobility and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform repairs.
• Document all support activity in the Service Desk system.
• Assist with device imaging, deployment, and software distribution.
