Job summary

Amentum seeks an Emergency Communication Center Supervisor at Creech Air Force Base to lead a 24/7 dispatch team in receiving, processing, and disseminating emergency and non-emergency information to fire, medical, and security units. You will ensure policy compliance and mission support under NFPA 1061 standards.

The role requires six-plus years in emergency communications with at least three years in supervision, DoD clearances, and IAED certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Must hold DoD Public Safety Telecommunicator I & II certifications.
• Must obtain DoD Hazardous Material Awareness certification within six months.
• IAED-certified EMD and EFD preferred; immediately after hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatch staff, schedule, prioritize tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee receipt, processing, and dissemination of emergency information to fire, medical, and security personnel.
