Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on components.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Serve as primary contact with internal/external stakeholders; coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements; assist in onboarding new team members.
