Job summary

You will work in a 24/7 environment and participate in proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work on days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware fault repair; troubleshoot network issues.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders (engineers, vendors, contractors).
• Be on-call and participate in scheduled maintenance and change management.
