Qualifications

• 24x7 data center operations monitoring across systems, servers, apps, and networks.
• Hands-on incident monitoring with triage, escalation, and follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
• Facilities alarm monitoring and environmental alert handling.
• After-hours support including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Monitor and respond to ServiceNow incidents within SLA timelines.
• Network availability monitoring and escalation of outages or degradation.
• Open/update/track incident tickets through resolution.
• Data center environmental monitoring and testing.
• ITIL-based incident management and escalation workflows.
• Strong documentation and cross-team coordination for timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system, server, application, and network availability across the data center.
• Identify failures and escalate to appropriate support teams promptly.
• Perform continuous facilities alarm and environmental monitoring for stability.
• Respond to operational alerts during after-hours shifts.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets within SLA requirements.
• Open incident tickets with vendors and track them through closure.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, application, and facilities teams during incidents.
• Perform periodic checks of data center systems and monitoring tools.
• Maintain incident logs, escalation records, and documentation.
• Communicate outages and status updates to stakeholders and teams.
• Support incident response and service restoration per procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and support processes.
