Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Central Plant Facilitator to supervise a team of union trades and oversee 24/7/365 utility processes, including wastewater treatment, HVAC steam and chilled water, and compressed air systems. The role requires strong electro-mechanical expertise and experience managing safe, efficient operations with cross-functional liaison to support organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus experience in wastewater or boiler operations.
• Military technical service experience in electro-mechanical controls for facilities operations.
• High school diploma with extensive wastewater/boiler operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of union hourly trades in a 24/7/365 facility.
• Oversee maintenance and commissioning of boilers, chillers, pumps, and process equipment.
• Ensure compliance records for chemical usage, emissions, and wastewater discharge.
• Evaluate alarms, respond to upsets, and protect equipment and personnel.
• Draft scope-of-work for outside contractors and manage service contracts.
• Submit funding requests for extended service contracts and inventory critical spares.

High school diploma / GED with 10 years wastewater/ Boiler Ops experience
