Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in power plant operations.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating operational actions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing capital and operational projects.
• Knowledge of power plant equipment, systems, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct 24/7/365 operations to ensure safe, reliable steam and chilled water supply.
• Supervise staff, set performance expectations, and manage payroll.
• Oversee plant control systems, water treatment, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan maintenance, oversee contracts, and manage operating budgets.
