CareSource invites college students to apply for a 12-week paid Summer Internship Program in the Ohio market. The Intern will assist on special projects, analyze data, and support NCQA/HEDIS-related documentation while working with mentors and leaders across teams.

Remote opportunities are available and interns gain real-world experience toward a future full-time career. Selected candidates participate in seminars, have access to a dedicated mentor, and may pursue internal development programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current rising junior or senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data sets.
• Attend cross-disciplinary team meetings and workstreams.
• Create and execute a survey; summarize results and inform opportunities.
• Immerse in NCQA/HEDIS measures and Quality Improvement concepts for Ohio Medicaid NCQA accreditation documentation.

We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
