Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college.

Essential Functions:

Analyze business processes, data, and technology solutions to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within a healthcare IT environment. Gather, research, and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps to support operational and technology initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and decision-makers. Leverage analytical tools, AI technologies, and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure to support process improvement and business objectives.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Compensation Range: $41,200.00 - $66,000.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
