Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites driven undergraduates to join the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, collaborative projects, and valuable networking opportunities across Wealth Management.

Interns will support Custody Services – T&W Management and other areas, with assignments including Orion reporting, due diligence, and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with intent to return to studies after internship.
• Must complete at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must be able to participate in a full-time 40-hour per week program from early June to mid-August.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and operations within the Wealth Management division.
• Assist with Orion reporting and due diligence processes.
• Assist with annual stock retention and compliance reporting.
• Engage in project work and operational activities across assigned business area.

Job Description Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.

We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences.

Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including: Custody Services – T&W Management – The intern will be supporting the administration and operations area of the Trust Wealth division. Projects include but not limited to Orion reporting, delegated investment advisor due diligence, annual stock retention and compliance reporting. Support operational projects and tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
