Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites driven undergraduate students to join the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, senior leadership exposure, and opportunities to work on real projects across wealth management disciplines.

Interns will learn about investment management, portfolio construction, financial planning, client service, business development, and cross-team collaboration with banking, trust, and planning

Job DescriptionBryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.

We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences.

Our Wealth Management team partners with high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and institutions to help them achieve their financial goals. BMT Advisors provide comprehensive advice and solutions across investment management, financial planning, trust and estate considerations, banking, lending, and risk management. Their role is to serve as trusted advisors, coordinating resources across the firm to deliver customized strategies and an exceptional client experience.

This intern will gain exposure to the wealth management industry and learn how comprehensive client relationships are managed. They will develop an understanding of investment management, portfolio construction, financial planning, client service, business development, and relationship management. This role will also gain insight into how advisors collaborate with investment, banking, trust, and planning specialists to address complex client needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.

Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.

A business-related or related college major is preferred.

Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.

Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.

Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.

Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.

Must have reliable transportation.

Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.

Excellent oral and written communication is required.

Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.

Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range

Salary Range:$18.00 - $21.00 Per HourIndividual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
