Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, seeks driven college students for the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers mentorship, leadership exposure, and hands-on experience across wealth management areas, including financial planning and client service.

Interns work 40 hours per week, may participate in projects and networking events, and high-performing interns may be considered for continued employment after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Available for in-person orientation with HR.
• Able to work up to 5 days on-site within WSFS Bank footprint.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) from early June to mid-August.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.

We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including:

Financial and Wealth Planning

–Gain hands-on experience supporting the development of personalized financial strategies that help clients achieve their long-term goals. Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings, support special projects that enhance wealth management services and operations, and conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
