Job summary

WSFS Bank, in partnership with Bryn Mawr Trust, offers a paid Wealth Management Summer Internship Program for college students. Interns gain hands-on experience across Wealth Management departments, with mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to work on real projects.

The program runs from early June to mid-August and requires 18+ years old, completion of at least one year of college by May 2027, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work on-site.
• Must have completed at least one year of college by May 2027.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and operations area of the Trust Wealth division.
• Assist with Orion reporting, due diligence, and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to projects, research, and operational activities within Wealth Management.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior leaders on cross-functional initiatives.

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses.

We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands‑on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including:

Custody Services – T&W Management

The intern will be supporting the administration and operations area of the Trust Wealth division. Projects include but not limited to Orion reporting, delegated investment advisor due diligence, annual stock retention and compliance reporting.Support operational projects and tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business‑related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in‑person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on‑site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full‑time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid‑August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
