Job summary

WSFS Bank invites high-achieving college students to join the 2026 Wealth Summer Internship Program. The internship offers mentorship, project work, executive exposure, and networking events across Wealth departments, with a hybrid on-site and virtual format.

Internships are paid, start early June and run through mid-August, with potential for full-time Associate opportunities after completion for rising seniors. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2026.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a WSFS Bank office location.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) starting in early June and ending mid to late August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

We are currently seeking high-performing college students interested in a career in the financial sector to participate in the WSFS Bank 2026 Wealth Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. Internships are available with various Wealth departments including:

What Our Internships Offer:

• An opportunity to work directly with Associates across lines of business to learn the day-to-day operations and strategies behind business decisions


• A comprehensive internship curriculum, including a specified learning path, networking roadmap, and framework for a division-level team project & presentation to senior leaders

The Summer Internship Program starts early June to mid August.

WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• A business or related college major is preferred.


• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2026.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and orientation with Human Resources.


• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including working on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.


• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting in the beginning of June and ending in mid to late August.


• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.

Salary Range:
$18.00 – $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
