Job summary

Nestlé USA invites driven HR professionals to join our 24‑month HR Development Program designed to cultivate future HR Business Partners for factory and distribution locations across the U.S. You will gain exposure to People Analytics, Labor Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and Talent specialists under expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree available to start the program by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment and/or HR internship preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career.
• Willingness to support off shift coverage and work extended hours as needed.
• Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR partners across recruitment, compensation, talent management, people analytics and employee benefits.
• Support development and implementation of HR processes and local HR initiatives.
• Deliver quarterly presentations to the HR Leadership Team.
• Foster open communication with employees and advise on policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with business partners and employee groups, including union relations where applicable.
