Job summary

Nestlé USA is offering an HR Development Program (HRDP) to cultivate future HR Business Partners for factory and distribution centers across the U.S. Over 24 months, you will rotate through multiple HR areas, gain hands-on experience, and learn from senior HR leaders in People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and talent specialists.

Graduation leads to a full-time HR Generalist role with extensive mentorship, corporate housing in first rotation if applicable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and available to start by June 2027.
• Preferred majors: Business Admin, HR, Labor & Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Willingness to relocate during program and career.
• Willingness to support off-shift coverage and extended hours.
• Visa sponsorship not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a strategic HR partner across multiple plant sites.
• Support HR projects and quarterly presentations to the HR Leadership Team.
• Learn and apply HR processes including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and labor relations.
