Job summary

Nestlé USA invites ambitious professionals to join its HR Development Program (HRDP). Over 24 months you’ll rotate across manufacturing and distribution facilities in multiple U.S. cities, gaining exposure to People Analytics, Labor & Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employment Law, and Talent specialists.

You’ll apply learnings in real projects, with dedicated mentoring and leadership support. Graduation leads to a full‑time HR Generalist role in factory HR, with a structured path,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree available to start the program by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment and/or HR internship preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career.
• Willingness to support off shift coverage and work extended hours as needed.
• Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program.

Responsibilities

• Dive into cutting-edge strategic immersion experiences across HR areas like recruitment, compensation, talent management, people analytics, benefits.
• Learn and apply essential HR Business Partner activities and daily responsibilities of an HR Generalist in factory/distribution settings.
• Take charge of HR projects and present quarterly findings to the HR Leadership Team.
• Foster open communication with employees, advising on policies and procedures to maintain a productive environment.
• Drive development and implementation of people processes to attract, train, and retain top talent.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and labor management, promoting diversity and teamwork.
• Demonstrate skills in performance management, employee communications, and HR initiatives.
