Job summary

Nestlé USA invites driven professionals to join its 24-month HR Development Program (HRDP) aimed at growing future HR Business Partners for factory and distribution center settings across the United States.

You will rotate through diverse facilities, learn from HR Specialists, and work on projects spanning recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and total rewards. Graduation leads to a full-time HR Generalist role with strong mentorship and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed and available to start by June 2027.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor and Employment Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Previous customer-facing experience and HR internship preferred.
• Willingness to relocate throughout program and career.
• Willingness to support off shift coverage and work extended hours as needed.
• Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools; strong presentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through factory and distribution center HR functions across locations.
• Support recruitment, compensation, talent management, people analytics, and labor relations.
• Deliver quarterly presentations to the HR Leadership Team.
• Serve as a liaison between associates and management on policies and processes.
• Assist with implementation of people processes to attract and develop talent.
• Build relationships with business partners and labor relations where applicable.
